    About Office of Student Life

    Office of Student Life aims to provide a vibrant and holistic Student Life experience that empowers students to develop their potential and capabilities to serve societal needs. We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to take on the full-time, live-in role of a Residential Life Advisor (RLA).

    What You Will Do

    • Leadership Development: Conduct leadership, character development, and related training programs for Residential College and hostel residents.
    • Student Conduct & Investigations: Carry out investigations into hostel-related offences and support the department's disciplinary processes, where required.
    • Pastoral Care & Case Management: Manage student incidents and provide appropriate pastoral support in a timely and empathetic manner.
    • Community Support: Facilitate and lead Residential College activities and departmental or University-wide programs.
    • Administrative Duties: Track and report data on programs and disciplinary cases to University Management; manage student enquiries and feedback; assist with general administrative and logistical tasks related to hostel and residential college events and operations.

    Who We Are Looking For

    • Someone who is willing and be able to live full-time on campus in provided staff accommodation.
    • Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
    • Have at least 2 years experience in conducting training, facilitating discussions, or coaching and mentoring students.
    • Relevant experience or exposure in investigations, incident management, or disciplinary processes is an advantage.
    • A strong command of written and spoken English.
    • Genuine interest and approachability, with tact in working with tertiary students and diverse stakeholders.
    • Someone who is self-driven, meticulous, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
    • An excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
