This work will be conducted at the School of Biological Sciences, Nanyang Technological University.


The Fellow is expected to:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop new AI methods in genomics, transcriptomics and epigenomics analyses. These will be applied to basic, translational and clinical datasets, particularly in the field of cancer biology, to make new biological discoveries
  • Discuss work with colleagues and give presentations about the work, prepare papers and submit papers about the work, and advise other colleagues and juniors about AI in science

Job Requirements:

  • PhD in bioinformatics or related fields
  • Experience in AI in Science, as shown from firstauthor publications in good journals
