Responsibilities:

Design and develop quality plans and documentation for new products and manage existing Quality Management Systems for established products
Design and conduct quality audit programmes in accordance to ISO 9001:2015 protocols and ensure that noncompliance is rectified; Manage audits by quality regulatory agencies and manage audits of critical suppliers and contractorsEvaluate policies and procedures for compliance with applicable regulations / guidelines and provide recommendations
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement to ensure compliance with the quality system, andchampion the sharing of internal and external best practices
Plan, control and supervise QC inspection process, IQC, Outgoing and Supplier Audit
Review and verify inspection records
Liaise with relevant parties on managing customer queries, feedback, complaints and returns
Collect and compile info / date pertaining to quality performance (inspection records, supplier quality, customer complaints, failure analysis etc) for analysis required actions, and follow up until quality performance has been resolved
Track, support and manage scrap items
Perform supplier quality management process Compile and issue weekly / monthly quality performance reports

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/ITE in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other related engineering fields
At least 2 years' experience in construction, manufacturing or building industries
Ability to analyse complex problems and make sound judgments based on competing priorities
Good work attitude, able to work in a fastpaced environment
