Description
**Job Description: - To manage site office and HDB Building Service Centre, attend to resident's feedback and complaints.

  • Interact with residents to maintain good relationship.
  • Make appointment for resident to attend inspection with BSC (Building Service Centre) team.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
  • Liaison with consultants and HDB officers.
  • Provide admin support to the project team. Other adhoc duties.
**Job Requirements: - 'O' level or equivalent qualification

  • Experience in handling HDB BTO project is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Power Point.
