    Who We Need

    The Alvernia Wellness Centre Patient Service Officer / Assistant is responsible for assisting the Manager in the supervision of the Alvernia Wellness Centre. The role involves the coordination of screening processes and the administrative duties of the department. The Alvernia Wellness Centre Patient Service Officer / Assistant works under the general supervision of the Manager and exercises initiation in the performance of assigned tasks.

    • Performs and coordinates patient scheduling, registration, cashiering and the collection of report processes.
    • Registers and updates patients' data and medical information in the Hospital Information System.
    • Coordinates bookings and obtain appointments for diagnostic tests with other clinical departments.
    • Performs administrative duties of the department such as preparation of statistical / management reports.
    • Responds to e-mail enquiry on Alvernia Wellness Centre Services.
    • Identifies customers' needs and provides prompt services.
    • Co-ordinates with internal and external shareholders to facilitate seamless services.

    How to Succeed

    • Diploma in Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Healthcare and marketing experience will be an advantage.
    • Able to work effectively in a diverse work environment.
    • Able to work well independently.
    • 5 days work week (Mon - Fri: 8am to 5pm and Sat: 8am to 1pm)
