Job scope:

  • Support the team in the implementation and communication of the compensation philosophy, policies and programmes
  • Support the team in the preparation of materials required for contracting and onboarding of new vendor.
  • Support the team in the implementation of compensation and global mobility modules via new core hr system
  • Support Share Plan Administration
  • Support the team in other compensation/global mobility initiatives and projects as and when required

Job Requirement:

  • Experienced compensation & benefits professional with a bachelor's degree and relevant experience in compensation & benefits operations Professional from Financial Institution background preferred (Other industries may also be considered)
