Description
Our client is a F&B Manufacturing MNC.

Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Production Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team.

They are located in the West.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsibilities for determining, planning, and implementing strategies to reduce manufacturing costs and improve production process efficiency by utilize various available resources.
  • Coordinate production activities and resources to maintain efficient/smooth production workflows.
  • Analyze/Evaluate production needs. plant capacity and available resources to foster continuous enhancements and deliver quality output to meet customer satisfaction.
  • Manage staffing and training to enhance workforce skills and excellent productivity.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirement:


  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Proven work experience in Supervisory level
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry will be a bonus
