- Be part of Wealth Management Customer Journey Squads 2&3 - I Act & I Monitor (AI Onshore & AI Offshore) to formulate business strategies and using data insights to drive Treasures AI client engagement, wallet share and improve client experience
- Utilizing Data Driven Operation Model (DDOM) to maximize value from data and drive business management. Drive cognitive and automated banking initiatives through development of control towers/alerts and Machine learning models.
- Create visualizations and present clear, concise, and actionable insights to the key stakeholders, lead discussions on analytics and interpretation of results
- Manage and support data execution which required for Squads 2&3, such as rollout Next Best Conversation (NBC) experiments in Client Connect etc.
- Own the development/enhancement/maintenance of reports for Squads2&3. Drive Automation and minimize manual reporting.
- Work closely with Data management team to enable seamless migration to new data platform.
- Strong proficiency in SQL/Python/SAS Programming.
- At least 8 years of experience in data/business analytics.
- Self-driven with strong analytical, highly numerate, problem solving, communication (verbal and written), good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently around tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience in Business Intelligence tools, data mining and ability to manipulate and handle large dataset
- Degree in Banking/Finance, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science or related disciplines
