Description

● Collecting financial data from diverse sources, including databases, spreadsheets, surveys, and external APIs, with a focus on accuracy and completeness.

● Verifying and enhancing data accuracy through rigorous cleaning, validation, and organization processes, ensuring high-quality datasets for analysis.

● Applying advanced statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and other analytical approaches to extract meaningful insights from financial data.

● Developing and presenting comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate analysis results effectively. Translating complex financial data into clear and actionable insights.

● Analyzing financial data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that contribute to informed decision-making processes within the organization.

● Addressing business challenges through the application of data-driven insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to devise effective solutions based on analysis outcomes.

● Maintaining a strong focus on data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant financial regulations. Managing databases and upholding high standards of data quality.

● Collaborating closely with team members to understand business requirements, contributing to the development and achievement of overall financial and strategic goals.

The Requirements

● Legal Authorized to work in Singapore without work/employment visa
sponsorship.

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

● Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar field.

● Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL, Python, or R.

● Experience in BI and visualization tools: PowerBI/Tableau, Streamlit, is preferred.

● Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques relevant to financial data.

● Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with China's stakeholder and counterpart.

● Possess strong interpersonal skills, organized, resourceful and good problem-solving abilities.

● Able to coordinate and communicate with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic atmosphere and comfortable working in a startup company.
