Description

AIRZONE is a
multi-storey net playground situated in
City Square Mall (Farrer Park), whose main customers are young families with children aged 4-12 years of age.

The Attractions Operations Executive provides ticketing services to the general public, corporate customers and tour groups.

He/She assists in the sale of tickets, performs cashiering duties including collection of sales proceeds and handles any general enquiries according to the admission and ticketing procedures and policies.

Resourceful and service-oriented, he/she has a thorough understanding of the utilities and electrical maintenance requirements for the playground.

He/she leverages his/her strong interpersonal and communication skills to answer queries from customers or visitors with regards to the admissions, ticketing or membership policies and procedures.

He/she is also able to guide his/her teams to identify and anticipate guest service needs. He/She facilitates the execution of drills for emergency response.

He/She maintains a high level of enthusiasm in his interactions with the customers and visitors.

He/She has a high level of integrity due to the management of cashiering on a daily basis and is comfortable in interacting with visitors in more than one language.

On the nets, he/she is well attentive to surroundings to look for any dangerous acts during playtime.

Able to work on a shift system, he/she is comfortable with working in both indoor and outdoor environment, be on his/her feet for long hours and maintains a flexible work-week including weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Important note:


1) Our current work schedule for staff is 2W2O3W2O
on a 9-work week cycle.

2) Operating hours is 10am-8.30pm (weekday) / 9.40pm (weekends/PH/SH)

3) Average working hours is 10.5 hours long.

4) As AIRZONE is a multi-storey suspended net playground, applicants must not have any known fear of heights **.
