    About the role

    1. Learning & Development:

  • Work collaboratively with L&D Manager in identifying training needs to establish, maintain and implement training plans based on talent development initiatives as well as consultation with management and line managers
  • Support performance management and talent review
  • Source and secure course enrolment/registration with training providers and Fugro Academy as per employee's availability.
  • Prepare and coordinate in-house trainings and/or external courses which includes:Logistics arrangements for internal courses, seminars and eventsPrepare course confirmation and remind employees on course dates and attendanceSupport on training payment mattersApply for funding and grant with relevant agencies where applicableHandle queries or requests for learning assistance from functions / departments
  • Assist in certification audits pertaining to training matters
  • 2. LMS:

  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and databases by:
  • Assignment of learning modules, creation of course titles, classes, dashboard for reporting completion of learning modules, providing end-user support
  • Maintain and update training records, reports and documents preparation where necessary for regulatory or compliance submissions.
  • Follow up with completion employees on submission of post course evaluation and certificates after the training.
  • 3. Organizational Development programmes:

  • Facilitate onboarding, HR related initiatives, trainings and briefings
  • Create a diverse and inclusive workforce by providing support to employee engagement surveys and implementing activities that are tailored to the organisation's culture and values
  • Ensure smooth onboarding administration process is effectively planned & carried out, so as to provide a good onboarding experience for new hires
  • Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned
  • About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 or 3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development
  • Strong interpersonal, good communications and writing skills, with the ability to relate to all levels of employees
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Effective Communication with both internal and external for HR related matters
  • Able to prioritize and work independently in a fast-pace environment, under minimal supervision
