Overall Job Objectives
Assists the PM to handle all architectural works as instructed by PM


Core Responsibilities

  • Architectural planning, coordination with consultants, subcontractor and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawings
  • Attend meetings with consultant & subcontractor regularly
  • Supervise architectural works and coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on architectural matters and ensure workmanship standards
  • Provide technical advise to the architectural designers with regard to building regulations
  • Responsible for work in all phases of the architectural process

Job Specifications

  • Min Diploma and above.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Minimum - 5 years of relevant experience.
