Description
. Manage and ensure smooth operations of the Main Office and Engineering Office.
. Manage office mail and courier services.
. Provide administrative support in Day-to-day documentation.
. Maintain and manage office and pantry supplies and service contract procurement.
. Maintain office equipment such as photocopiers and supplies, network printers, supplies, shredders, laminators, etc.
. Work with Senior Management to track and liaise with Functional Managers on their KPI.
. Manage card and phone access and visitor account system.
. Submit invoices and payments to Finance with supporting documents.
. Coordinates and assists in off-boarding of staff and completion of Clearance Form.
. Assist office orientation and guide new staff on submitting health claims and applications for leave and other ad-hoc matters.
. Custodian of all office access cards and system updates.
. Housekeeping of the office.
. Responsible for answering incoming calls, screening of calls, routing them to their proper recipient, taking and relaying messages as needed.
