Roles & Responsibilities

Location: 115 Airport Cargo Road Cargo Agents Building C Singapore 819466

Job Responsibilities

• Attending to customer's enquires and booking of shipments
• Handle full set of Export/Transshipment documents
• Manage day to day operational transaction for client's shipment
• Transportation - organize and coordinate pick up according to client's requirement
• Liaise with customer as and when necessary, such as documents discrepancy or cargo damaged
• To troubleshoot problems that might affect Operational activities
• Plan, organize, control all operational activities and to provide customer with good service
• Any other duties assigned by Management.

Job requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office/ Excel
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
