Warehouse Operations Executive - Singapore - FRESHMART SINGAPORE PTE LTD
Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Warehouse and Operations Department
- Liaise with Operations department for confirmation of sales orders
- Process daily orders and coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics and clients
- Prepare production goods according to sales orders for outgoing deliveries
- Assist in picking & packing orders and periodic stock taking
- Perform quality checks on goods and orders
- Provide training and supervision to new employees
- Administration of Warehouse Management System, SAP and other portals
- Prepare and generate periodical reports
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree with relevant working experiences
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic and cold room environment
- Possess strong communication and leadership skills
- Some lifting of goods is required
- Able to commit to 6 days work week including public holidays and weekends
