Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage the physical operation of the department and be responsible for the smooth running of the whole operation.
Oversee the proper use of chemicals, washing accessories and coordinate transport of equipment between locations.
Work closely with Chef on duty to execute special requests.
Draw up policies regarding kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
Oversee implementation of policies at all kitchens.
Monitor condition of kitchen equipment and arrange for repairs if needed.
Maintain and control the main store set up.
Conduct and prepare monthly inventory for breakages and replenishment and ensure sufficient operating equipment for all outlets.
Ensure that all Stewarding operating equipment are well maintained.
Conduct periodic training for all Stewarding staff.
Ensure compliance of all Club Standard Operating Procedures and Policies and MOM regulations at all times.
Mete out disciplinary action where and when required.
Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, and positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in support role.
Ability to lead, motivates a large team of staff, adapt, embrace strong cultural diversity, and work in multiethnic teams.
