Mandatory Skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
• Manage and hire staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new employees.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience in banking industry
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
• Proven success working with all levels of management and proficiency in managing cross-functional teams
• Result-orientated mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
• Experience in developing platforms for internal processes
• Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
• Experience in Java, SpringBoot, Angular/ReactJS, MongoDB, MySQL, Linux, etc will be added advantage
