Job Description :

• Perform as Project Lead in Shimano Logistics Hub for both WIP and Finished Goods warehouse
• Deploy AI technologies and equipment to improve process efficiency
• Drive safety projects to continuously improve logistics safety performance
• To plan, coordinate and lead project execution
• Establish process priorities checklist to monitor project effectiveness, and develop forecasting plans to meet project dateline
• Analyse data and interpret situation from day to day task, make recommendations for improvements.
• Update on the latest advancement in logistics technologies to develop operation processes
• Collaborate with external partners such as vendors, transporters, 3PL and system developers to leverage their expertise and resources in advancing logistics operation
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in related field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) will be advantage
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skill
• Good observation and monitoring skill
• Preferbaly with leadership and teamwork skill
• Proficient in project management is preferred

• Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:30pm

• Company transportation at various pickup points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)
