    Manulife's ambition is to become Singapore's Digital Customer Leader, the Acquisition & Partnerships Senior Manager in Manulife Life Insurance Company, Singapore (MLS) is responsible for helping us significantly scale our ability in attracting prospective new customers to Manulife through digital channels & partnerships.

    This role is an individual contributor role, reporting the Head of Acquisition & Engagement in Marketing function.

    On the job you will:

  • Build & execute a robust prospective new customer acquisition plan that's underpinned by digital performance marketing and partnerships to help connect prospective new customers with the advisors.
  • Partnerships development: Identify key potential partners for acquisition & engagement and establish mutually beneficial relationships. Align goals and objectives of partnerships through close collaboration with partners, internal teams & financial consultants. Onboard the partners and establish process to execute the plan end-to-end, which may involve automation of process and system integration. Manage and track partnerships towards meeting key metrics target performance & ROI and identify optimization opportunities through analyzing data to make informed decision and adjust the plan as needed.
  • Performance Marketing: Act as subject matter expert on digital paid advertising activities to internal teams Collaborate with inhouse Global Performance Marketing Shared Services team in generating high-quality prospective new customer leads and ensure key ROI thresholds are being met through close monitoring, analysis & optimization plan.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional regional and local teams, including but not limited to Distribution, Product, Tech and Financial Consultants on initiative co-creation, delivery and optimization plan to improve online-to-offline conversion end-to-end.
  • Overall budget and KPI management for the above responsibilities including management of various partners.
  • We are looking for someone:

  • A results-driven professional with a university degree and minimum 8 years in a marketing role, with experience in evaluating and implementing initiatives to meet the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Proven experience in partnerships, lead generation & online-to-offline conversion.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for partnerships development, with experience of managing and delivering results with partners & third party vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis for informed decision.
  • Ability to work independently and influence cross-function teams in a complex organization, and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in financial services is preferred.
  • Experience working with Agile methods is a bonus.
