- Preparation of documentations including business requirements documentation (BRD), UAT sign-offs, Implementation sign-offs and user story templates.
- Produce test plan, test scenario, perform UAT and post-production regression tests.
- Incidents and Change Request tracking
- Performing routine health checks on systems / scheduled jobs
- Assisting in SharePoint development and maintenance
Our ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in PowerBI and Power Query required.
- Proficiency in SQL, SharePoint, Visio or Power Automate is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with process workflows
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
