    As an Intern, your responsibilities include:
  • Preparation of documentations including business requirements documentation (BRD), UAT sign-offs, Implementation sign-offs and user story templates.
  • Produce test plan, test scenario, perform UAT and post-production regression tests.
  • Incidents and Change Request tracking
  • Performing routine health checks on systems / scheduled jobs
  • Assisting in SharePoint development and maintenance
  • Our ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and Power Query required.
  • Proficiency in SQL, SharePoint, Visio or Power Automate is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with process workflows
  • Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
