Roles & Responsibilities

Job scope:

• Understanding of on-site architecture and structure for private landed residences
• Lead, assign, and oversee, provide instructions, templates, and necessary guidance for the entire team, offering direction as required
• Monitoring and updating to achieve goals for R.C Structural work
• Capable of supervising daily site operations with work scheduling and maintaining site reports and records
• Capable of participating in site meetings with architects, engineers, government bodies, and clients
• Accountable for maintaining documentation and all construction site affairs, including safety and other compliance matters

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction in project management or Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent experience
• At Least 2 Years of relevant experience
• Familiar with Architecture & R.C Structural works for Building Construction
• Able to understand Rebar Bending Schedule and Erection of Formwork for Building Construction
• With Safety certificate will be advantage
