Description

Our Product Design team is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer. You will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences across our digital platforms. Leveraging your expertise in user interface design, user experience principles, and industry best practices, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and refine user interfaces that seamlessly blend aesthetics and functionality. Your exceptional design sense and strategic thinking will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that cater to user needs and business goals.

What you will be doing:

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and other teams, strategizing to enhance product design, and aligning with business objectives.
• Design System Adherence: Ensure that all products are in alignment with our design system, maintaining consistency and high standards across the board.
• User Research: Conduct in-depth user research to uncover insights, opportunities, and requirements, forming the foundation of your design process.
• Contribution to Product Design Roadmap: Actively contribute to the product design roadmap, planning and defining the design strategy to align with organizational goals and user needs.
• Empathetic Problem Solving: Utilize research insights to empathize with users, explore, iterate, and define practical solutions to their problems, consistently validating your designs.
• UX Design: Design, deliver, and refine user flows and experiences across various products and features, focusing on simplicity and elegance.
• Presentation Skills: Communicate your work with excellent storytelling, presenting to peers, stakeholders, and leadership both asynchronously and in person.

What you will need:

• At least 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to guide design discussions, understanding the business impact of design decisions.
• Passion for digital product design and tackling complex challenges.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping software, especially Figma.
• A problem-solving attitude and enthusiasm for continuous challenges.
• Commitment to continuous growth, personally and as part of the team.
• Ability to take full ownership of the design process, working autonomously within the development team.
