Description

Responsibilities

  • Support and monitor customer trial lot running and qualification schedule
  • Making engineering documentation and instruction document to production
  • Maintain the integrity of engineering documentation and specification
  • Align with related department to revise the technical documentation according to customer specification change
  • Create or revise existing product specification
  • Generate qualification &1st mass production report for trial product
  • Support the internal or external customer audit & stock take activities.

Requirements:


  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience in semiconductor or IC package assembly is preferred.
  • Independent and selfdriven individual.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills.

Shift Type / Work Hours
Normal Shift (5 days work week)

7.50am to 4.55pm
