Description
Handle and resolve all Public Relations issues relating to the project;

  • Manned PR Hotline;
  • Respond and attend to public feedbacks and enquires;
  • Facilitate joint inspections and meetings with stakeholders;
  • Engage with Neighbourhood Committees, managing agents and council
committee to update on construction progress;

  • Attend and prepare materials for stakeholders' dialogue sessions with
Advisers;

  • Produce meeting minutes;
  • Liaise with stakeholders on upcoming activities that may impact them;
  • Develop and produce biannual newsletter on project updates;
  • Facilitate celebration with stakeholders during festive seasons such as
distributing mandarin oranges during Chinese New Year;

  • Organised project events such as office warming party;
  • Maintain stakeholder records
  • Established and bult rapport with stakeholders;
