Description

Office Opeartions:

  • Manage daytoday office operations, including maintaning office stationery, equipment and facilities.
  • To maintain and assist in all company inventories such as salon, spa and office.

HR Administration:

  • Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts, offer contracts and employee onboarding materials.
  • Assist in staff recruitment processes, such as job postings, resume screening and coordinating / conducting interviews.
  • Administer leave management system, ensuring accurate and timely processing (Knowledge in Infotech is advantageous)
  • Maintain personnel records.
  • Assist the process of employees' appraisal.

Personal Assistance:

  • Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, demonstrating confidentiality and discretion.
  • Handle general personal matters
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • With 2 years in HR and office admin operation experience or PA
  • Possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Able to communicate and read in Chinese with Chinesespeaking stakeholders and documents.
  • A selfmotivated, selfdriven, independent, studious and a good team player.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Salary commensurate with working experience.
