We have an opening for "Production Service Engineer" Saksoft Pte Ltd, Singapore for a long term project

Job Description:

Application Development & Support - Application Maintenance & Support is responsible for the development, modification, maintenance, and

participate in the development of the system may remain after completion to help maintain and update the system.

The Technology function is responsible for activities related to the strategic direction and control of all information systems and technology

capabilities, both internally and externally. Includes system design and programming, network planning, budget planning, database

management, and computer operations.

Responsibility:

Resolve incidents, problems and user queries in a timely manner through proper analysis

communications within teams, managers and departments

Drive technical remediation

Work closely with L1, L3 Production Support and Project & Development teams to support incidents, problems and user

queries

Contribute in effective knowledge management and best practices within team and organization. Eg. writing

procedures/knowledge articles.
