Responsibilities:


  • Develop the Thales CPL ASEAN regional marketing plans with sales and functional marketing regional representation for Application and Data Security
  • Strategically develop the ASEAN Go To Market plans with sales and functional marketing regional representation
  • Localisation define the strategic approach to localized assets and communications including nurture and digital programmes, if required.
  • Online ensuring the online presence in key markets optimised inline with key search terminology for the region, developing additional local pages, landing experiences and promotions based on market requirements such as compliance mandates
  • Digital defining and executing a digital programme which adds value to the strategic approach of the region, such as programmatic retargeting, awareness, multitouch engagements, webinars
  • Events: plan and execute both strategic C'level events plus core tradeshows in region
  • Develop and implement vertical demand generation campaigns focused on the core verticals identified for the regions.
  • Be a proactive contributing member of one of the global tiger teams on specialization such as; Analysis, Nurture, ABM etc.

Requirements:


  • 7+ years of experience in relevant marketing activities for enterprise software companies
  • 7+ years of experience in Field Marketing for B2B software or cybersecurity company, with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
  • Experience in developing emergent markets ideally within the ASEAN region
  • Security, Storage or Networking Industry Experience required
  • Strong copy writing and editing skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to run multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • The ability to work in a collaborative environment, preferably experience of acquisition and integration
  • Undergraduate degree, MA an advantage
  • Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful
  • Regional business travels are required up to 30%.
