Get to know the Team
Our team is the front line of our GrabRentals (GR) drivers.

We are a closely knit group, each with our own unique set of skills and responsibilities that compliment each other.

Thus, we strongly believe in teamwork, collaboration and our abilities to contribute to the wider organization.

The work we do involves a great amount of passion for customer experience and operations, which usually means that we need to be constantly striving to improve, think quickly on our feet and come up with efficient and effective solutions to problems and operational processes.

We not only serve as the first touch point to our GrabRentals drivers but also provide detailed rental consultation to our drivers and proactively help solve our drivers' issues.

Get to know the Role

Maintain the system and database for GR portal.
Design, schedule, test and deploy any change management, enhancements and new features requests.
Champion process improvements & implement automation for our operations.
Create proper documentation for the works.

The Day-to-Day Activities

Understand GR's rental operations
Learn to understand the users' needs and translate them into the correct requirements specifications
Learn to use design thinking in solving problems
Learn to build features and enhancements to an existing GR portal
Learn to manage different stakeholders

The Must-Haves

Undergraduate in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Engineering
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & G Suite apps (Google Sheets)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive and meticulous
Knowledge of AWS, Git, VueJS, NodeJS, Javascript, Python, HTML, CSS, SQL.
Familiar with basic command line interfaces.
