Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Project Management.
Lead project teams, provide expertise, guidance, advice and support.
Plan and Implement Procedure and Quality Checks for assigned projects.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the prescribed standards.
Communicates effectively with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to identify needs and evaluate alternative Project solutions.
Attend meetings as required to ensure the compliance with the overall project standards, procedures requirements and resolved issued.
Assist in selection of quality subcontractors, suppliers and vendors in the negotiation of their terms and conditions of engagement with the Procurement team.
Regularly inspect the site progress and provide guidance to the project and construction management teams on best practices and efficiencies on scheduling and processes.
Report to Top Management timely by written reports the progress of related project matters together with the status update of related issues.
Review and endorse subcontract documents, progress & variation works claims to customers.

Requirement:

Minimum 5 years proven experience in the field of Project Management, prefer LTA projects.
Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to visualize issues and effectively communicate with others.
Outstanding organization, coordination and leadership skills.
