Business Development Executive
- Develop new customers and businesses
- Grow account revenue, market share and profit goals to meet objectives
- Develop trusting longterm relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their
- Convince customers that our products and services would best satisfy and valueadd to their needs
- Develop and provide presales technical assistance and product education to customers
- Negotiate tenders and contract terms and conditions to meet both customers' and company's needs
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives through the development of new businesses, coordination
- Maintain effective teamwork with members of the Sales Team and other functional teams
- Other tasks as assigned
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Engineering / Business Management At least 2 years of experience in business development or account management (industrial products preferred) Possess a Singapore Class 3 Drivers' License (preferably with own vehicle) Experienced in conducting training/sales pitches for customers Outgoing, positive, driven, selfmotivated and possess a hunter mentality Ability to work independently and under pressure Strong communication skills and a teamwork attitude REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm Basic $2, $3,500.00 per month Monthly 1.1k transport allowance (for personal vehicle), company mobile phone Annual Health Screening, Medical & Dental Benefits Good Sales Commission plus Variable Rewards Schemes Product Training Provided Career Development and Professional Growth Opportunity
