Description
The Customer Service Executive assists the production unit in receiving and processing day-to-day customer orders. He/She provides related administration support to ensure the smooth fulfilment of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the complete process of sales order fulfilment among suppliers, forwarders and customers
  • Prepare delivery orders and invoices
  • Track and ensure timeliness of order fulfilment
  • Attend to customer sales enquiries, feedbacks and complaints
  • Perform administration tasks including, but not limited to, data entry, updating and filing of relevant documents
  • Execute other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience in the food manufacturing/service industry
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to handle work independently and be selfmotivated
