Customer Service Executive - Singapore - ALTERNATIVE SELECTION PTE. LTD.
Description
The Customer Service Executive assists the production unit in receiving and processing day-to-day customer orders. He/She provides related administration support to ensure the smooth fulfilment of sales orders.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the complete process of sales order fulfilment among suppliers, forwarders and customers
- Prepare delivery orders and invoices
- Track and ensure timeliness of order fulfilment
- Attend to customer sales enquiries, feedbacks and complaints
- Perform administration tasks including, but not limited to, data entry, updating and filing of relevant documents
- Execute other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification
- Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience in the food manufacturing/service industry
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to handle work independently and be selfmotivated
