Responsibilities:

Support of planning and execution of TB business strategy, such as service planning, deposit marketing strategy, as a liaison between various internal/external stakeholders, this includes help of necessary admin work to run frameworks like comprehensive intermediary fee waiver, Backedvalue credit and Interestbearing account setting
Handle Department KPI matter with management, this includes communication with stakeholders, such as planning department or TBSD team.
Manage Department Budget, which includes financial budget, HC and Expense budget and other KPI, by such as providing performance report.
Work with General manager to support for department level matter, such as department event, meeting with senior management.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge about customer operation, banking system and backend operation to the extent of being able to discuss with internal stakeholders, such as IT/Operational department
Proficient in Japanese (spoken and written) is advantages the role requires for daily communication with stakeholders in Japan and discussion will be conducted in Japanese
Experience of working in Transaction business (more than 3 years)
Strong customerfirst discipline and strong will to overcome difficulties.
Business level English Skills
Ability to lead the project team in achieving the desired outcome.
Ability to spearhead projects/initiatives while working with various internal stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, proactive, team player, good interpersonal skills, etc.
