Finance Admin - Singapore - SPS UK&I LIMITED SINGAPORE BRANCH
Description
Finance Duties
- Manage Accounts Receivable which includes invoice issuance and payment collection
- Manage Accounts Payable which includes data entry of supplier's invoice and payment processing
- Checking and Monitoring of Purchase Order and Quotation in the database system
- Data entry of monthly payroll and check/review staff claims and reimbursements
- Bank reconciliation
- Preparation and monitoring of accrual schedule for monthly closing
- Responsible to coordinate with operation's team, intercompany and auditors necessary with monthly and yearly closing
- Generating monthly financial reports
- Other ad hoc assign from the team
Admin Duties
- Managing of monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines which includes corporate tax, annual return and business renewal
- Contact person for invoice related matter and settle dispute
- Contact person for banking related transaction
