The company is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join their rapidly expanding team of over 200 experienced professionals.

Job Summary

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing suppliers, sourcing new suppliers, and evaluating quotations to ensure the best ROI for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and negotiate contracts
Source new suppliers and obtain quotations according to BOM specifications
Evaluate and compile quotations into detailed formats with cost breakdowns
Review sourcing processes and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing in the tech/IT industry
Experience in System Integrator (SI) environment is an advantage
Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and external stakeholders
