Description

This is a Japanese Accounting and Tax Firm, mainly supports Japanese companies in their business development in Singapore by providing accounting and taxation services.

Information about the Fund team

Prepares full set of accounts for clients who are in the Finance industry, mainly those in real estate.
Special Purposes Companies set up to invest in real estate in Singapore, Japan and other overseas countries.
Generally involving TK/GK/TMK schemes, derivatives assets.
Reports to clients include usual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cashflow) and NAV reports, MTM reports.

Responsibilities:

Assist to update records and data via excel or accounting software in use.
Filing, scanning, archiving of accounting documents.
Assist the Accounts Manager/Assistant Accounts Manager/Senior Accounts Executive in the preparation of annual financial statements.
Assist Accounts Manager/Assistant Accounts Manager/Senior Accounts Executive in the preparation of consolidated data.
Assist to prepare payment data for clients' approvals.
Sending documents by post/courier or visiting clients for collection of documents.
Maintaining storage records of documents.
Other accounting assistant assignments

Requirements:

- possess at least a Diploma.
years of relevant working experience is preferred. (Not a must)

Proficiency in English and Japanese to support colleagues and clients. At least Japanese JLPT N
Able to multitask in a fastmoving environment.
Selfmotivated and serious work attitude.
Customerservice oriented mindset.
Flexible and adaptable working styles.
Detail and deadline oriented.
Team player.

Working Hours: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
