Description

To assist the organization in raising funds, sourcing new donors and sponsors while taking care of all the administrative activities related to the department.

1) Marketing, Communication & Fundraising

  • Coordinate all administrative activities related to Marketing, Communication & Fundraising including meeting with donors and sponsors
  • Coordinate meetings with the Marketing, Communication & Fundraising subcommittee including taking minutes and followup
  • Source for donors and sponsors in support of events and programmes
  • Keep updated with new and innovative Marketing, Communication & Fundraising techniques and propose the appropriate techniques to management
  • Raise funds for capital and operational expenses
  • Prepare yearly budget and appropriate analyses
2) Donor Management

  • Manage the donation online portals
  • Followup with donors
  • Prepare Fund Status Report to the respective donors
  • Manage and update donor database
