CNPC Treasury (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
("CNPC Treasury SG"), the wholly owned subsidiary of China Petroleum Finance Co., Ltd ("CNPC Finance HQ"), was incorporated in May 2011 in Singapore with the approval of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, and awarded the Tax Incentive Scheme for Finance and Treasury Centre (FTC) by Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) since July 2011.
As the CNPC financial services platform in Asia-Pacific, CNPC Treasury SG facilitates CNPC's overseas strategy and has provided all-round financial services to the network companies, covering petroleum exploration & production, oil & equipment trading, refining & marketing, oilfield services, engineering construction and finance & insurance services.
The core businesses of CNPC Treasury SG involve funds centralization, deposit taking, handling settlements, providing loans, trading financing, foreign exchange transactions and financial consulting.
- Client fund settlement, account management, deposit taking and handling.
- Client relationship development and management.
- Cash pool concentration solution designing and performing.
- Preparing related reports for business analysis.
- Communication bridge between clients and partner banks.
- Documentation handling and maintenance.
- Conducting testing on system enhancement.
- Support administrative duties.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Banking/Finance or equivalent education background
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin (liaise with Chinese clients)
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- Ability to deal with pressure, multitask and meet deadlines
- Team player, fast leaner, positive attitude
