Our Client is a leading provider of solutions to the Floating Offshore Oil & Gas market for more than 50 years and are currently looking for a Senior Executive Secretary to join us.

Responsibility:
- To provide secretarial and administrative support to Company President so that he can focus on managerial responsibilities and conduct business smoothly.
- Organizes appointment and maintains work calendar of the Company President.
- Arranges travel, visas and accommodation and if required, attends meeting to take minutes and provides general assistance during presentations.
- Screens phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handles them when appropriate.
- Devises and maintains office systems, including data management and filing.
- Recommends, develops, reviews and supports implementation of related policy & procedure of office management.
- Other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possesses a Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent. Those with Professional Secretarial Certificate preferred.
- Possesses at least 7 years of progressive executive secretarial experience in MNC, preferably with experience reporting to C-Suites.
- Familiar with Company's operation model, policies and procedures, organization structure and relationships among various departments.
