Are you looking for a role where you will have the opportunity to interact with and build relationships with customers in the Education industry?

We are looking for a service-oriented, friendly
Customer Service Executive to join our
Customer Service team at our **SERANGOON GARDEN CENTRE


THE ROLE INVOLVES:


  • Supporting projects and initiatives to provide quality customer experience and enhance retention;
  • Frontdesk duties;
  • Administrative Support Duties (Data entry, classroom schedule planning);
  • Speaking to customers via phone Or face to face;
  • Basic operations work;
  • Promote Speech Academy Asia's products
  • Ensuring cleanliness of facilities;
  • Handling payment collection (Cash and Credit Card);
  • Handling customer enquiries and issues;
  • Adhoc duties as assigned.

OUR IDEAL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE:


  • Loves talking to people;
  • Can commit to weekend shifts;
  • Possesses basic Microsoft Office Skills;
  • Fluency in Language to speak to parents (Written & Spoken).

WORKING DAYS & TIME [1hour break is included]

  • WEEKDAY: Wednesday
  • Friday: 1PM 9PM
  • WEEKEND: Saturday & Sunday: 9AM 6PM
[5 day work including weekends - 40 hours a week]

FREELANCE HOURS (SAT/SUN): 8.30AM - 5.30PM
