    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are currently based at Metropolis, Buona Vista, Singapore. This is a 2 years contract role, with possibility of extension.

    MODEC Offshore Production Systems (Singapore) Pte Ltd is a leading provider of solutions to the Floating Offshore Oil & Gas market for more than 50 years and we are currently looking for Department Secretary, Digital & Analytics to join us.     Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth department operations and foster a collaborative work environment.
    • Manage HoD and section leads' schedules, including calendar management, appointment arrangements, and meeting room reservations.
    • Support new hire mobilization, coordinating paperwork and documentation for visa/ticketing/accommodation with the travel admin team.
    • Assist HoD and section leads with expense claims using internal systems.
    • Manage purchasing of goods and software licenses for department use.
    • Coordinate team event planning and execution, including communication, attendance confirmation, reservations, logistics arrangement, and expense claims.
    • Organize internal marketing events, such as Digital Townhall and product sharing sessions, handling announcements, Teams event setup, and on-the-day operational support.
    • Manage internal marketing communication as Public Relations, including sending communication emails, configuring Netpresenter, updating the SharePoint-based intranet site, and coordinating with Public Relations in other entities
    • Responsible for promoting the department's image and achievements within the organization
    • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3-5 years of department admin experience
    • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft applications; especially in Outlook and Teams
    • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
    • Strong interest in the Digital/IT area
