Marketing Manager - Singapore - BOAT NOODLE EXPRESS LLP

Description

This position reports to the owner of BOAT NOODLE EXPRESS LLP. The Marketing Manager plans directs and coordinates marketing operations. He/she drives the company business strategies by setting direction for marketing campaigns and communication plans. He/she develops marketing strategies and plans by detailing cost and resources needed.

His/her responsibilities includes leading the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration Formulate, direct, or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote services, and branding.

Individual to be involved in:

• Develop marketing campaigns to increase customer retention and sales opportunities.
• Maintain good rapport and ensure good customer service with customers.
• Perform market research on our competitors to determine areas that we can improve on.
• Planning and initiate the development of marketing strategies
• Any other adhoc duties assigned by Owner

Skills and Competencies

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
• Good social media analytics skills
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans in line with overall business and sales objectives, improving brand equity, marketing effectiveness and revenue.
• Able to monitor marketing activities and evaluate performance
