Description

Responsibilities:

Pack and fulfil online sales and ecommerce orders through the efficient use of inhouse and 3rd party delivery partners
Receive incoming and outgoing shipment within the warehouse
Coordinate all logistics activities and work with interdepartment heads across different business units
Monitor warehouse inventory and inform Product Managers if stocks are running below par level
Provide feedback and suggest ways to improve operations and ensure costefficient and timely delivery of shipment and goods in line with the business needs
Participate in monthly stocktake and provide monthly closing reports
Support with any other administrative duties or special projects as required

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
Familiarity with Shopify and marketplace ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Fairprice and Amazon
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
Ability to communicate in written and spoken English and a positive mindset and "cando" attitude to continuously strive to make things better
Possess a Class 3 Driver's license will be a bonus

Job Types:

Salary:
$2, $3,000.00 per month
