Description
Involve and lead in checking and coordination of drawings and as-built drawings with all respective trades (eg Architectural, Structural, MEP and Specialist Subcontractors works- Review project specifications, drawings and technical clarifications
- Able to prepare and monitor progress of drawings and sample schedule with procurement schedule.
- Manage submission and approvals of drawings and samples from Consultants.
- Manage receipt and issuance of all drawings.
- Liaise and coordinate with Consultant, Authorities and Subcontractors on design issue.
- Assist Project team on technical and coordination issues with Subcontractors.
- Attend and chair design technical meetings with Consultants and Subcontractors.
- Assist the Project contracts department in variation order claims related to design changes
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Architectural or Civil/Construction Engineering/Specialist Diploma in BIM
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in managing building projects in BIM
- Certified in BIM Modelling and BIM Management
- Proficient in BIM, Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure), Naviswork
