The Role

This is a full-time hybrid Senior Architect / Associate position based in Singapore, with flexibility to work from home. You will work directly alongside our Directors — not buried in a large firm's hierarchy — with real autonomy to shape and execute projects from concept through to completion. You will collaborate closely with the Founding Director to conceptualise designs from the very start of each project, lead day-to-day project operations, coordinate authority submissions under the new RABW framework, and mentor a small, focused team. You will also have the opportunity to develop meaningful client relationship management skills as you grow within the practice.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the Founding Director to conceptualise and develop designs from project inception
• Lead design development and execution across a diverse project portfolio
• Manage authority submissions and coordination end-to-end, including under the new Regulatory Approval of Building Works (RABW) process
• Drive project management — timelines, quality delivery, and stakeholder coordination
• Build and manage client relationships, developing strong client-facing communication skills
• Lead and mentor junior team members in Singapore and the region.
• Champion the integration of innovative software and BIM workflows to elevate project outcomes

In from the start. You will be deeply involved in the conceptualisation of designs from day one — working with the Founding Director to shape projects before a single line is drawn, not just executing briefs handed down to you.

Real projects, real responsibility. Your portfolio will span a prestigious landed GCB to a larger Mixed-Use Development, alongside other live commissions. These are the kinds of projects that define careers.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project leadership
• A genuine passion for design and an obsessive attention to detail
• Strong design proficiency with the ability to create and execute innovative, functional designs
• Solid project management experience — overseeing statutory submissions, project timelines, managing teams, tender documentations and working with contractors to ensuring quality delivery
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, with working knowledge of BIM workflows, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Enscape / D5
• Familiarity with the new Regulatory Approval process for Building Works (RABW)
• Good working knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations
• Experience with residential projects — apartments, landed housing, or GCB
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
• BOA registration is preferred but not required
