Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly.
• Monitor and maintain computer networks and servers.
• Ensure network security and implement necessary measures.
• Install and configure software applications.
• Provide training and support for new software implementations.
• Implement and enforce security measures for data protection.
• Conduct regular security audits and address vulnerabilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation for IT processes and configurations.
• Create user guides and documentation for software and hardware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT needs.
• Liaise with IT vendors for hardware, software, and services.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports.
• Provide regular updates on IT metrics and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant IT experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 operating systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010 and Microsoft Outlook email client
• Able to start work immediate / within short notice
