- Review, develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to facilitate office efficiency
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws/regulations and internal policies
- Ensure compliance with health/safety and Covid-19 regulations
- Handle licensing, membership accreditation with relevant agencies and adherence to government procedures and regulations e.g. Ministry of Health – Allied Health, Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Trade and Industry, Singapore Association of Occupational Therapists, etc
- Oversee day-to-day operations of administrative staff
- Oversee recruitment, training and orientation of new employees
- Oversee staff training and liaise with relevant agencies – WDA, SkillsFuture, etc on training fund allocation and application
- Handle staff leave approval and management
- Generate reports to review and validate employees'/contractors' monthly salary
- Handle petty cash and expense claim management
- Organise and manage company events and activities
- Oversee facility management matters such as fixed asset inventories, workspace allocation, building and office access card etc
- Oversee and maintain office supplies and equipment for uninterrupted function, source and manage vendors
- Work closely with IT Services to handle purchase of hardware, software, office equipment and keep track of relevant applicable grants
