Factory Supervisor - Singapore - LEECRUITMENT PTE. LTD.

Description

Supervise and coordinate the activities of factory workers, including machine operators, assemblers, and production staff.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure that production schedules are met.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
Train new employees on production processes, safety procedures, and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production reports, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs.
Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to coordinate production activities and resolve issues.
Ensure that equipment and machinery are maintained and operated in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety regulations.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
