Roles & Responsibilities

• As a Human Resource Officer (HRO) / Manager, your scope of work covers the full spectrum of HR administrative functions.
• Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives
• Work with the company's executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company
• Handle MOM surveys, Government grants and related documentation.
• Ensure proper maintenance and updating of all documents.
• You will be involved with employee engagement, policy administration, employee benefits, company-wide employee activities, performance management and handle employee grievances.
• Responsible forconfirmations, annual appraisal and off boarding processes
• Oversee HR SOPs relating to staff
• Offer support on ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as required.
