Description
The Business Development Executive provide the following services to carry out the sales and marketing, engineering and operations work.i. General Accountability**Reporting to the Managing Director, the Business Development Executive will be responsible to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with old and new contacts. You agree to work full-time and use your best efforts while rendering services for the Company.
ii. Primary Responsibilities**- Initiating sales, following up new business opportunities, setting up meetings and establishing the specific needs of customers
- Identifying potential customers and serving them accordingly
- Preparing proposals, quotations and generating sales leads and reports
- Work with Senior Management on Sales Strategy
- Planning, preparing presentations and conduct product presentations
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Overseeing the development of marketing literature and platform (FB page)
- Writing and submission of weekly sales reports and providing Senior Management with feedback
- Planning and initiating strategies to promote products awareness
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new products and markets
- Preparing yearly sales budget and doing the best to achieve as planned
- Technical advisor
- Forecast company revenue and growth
iii. Others**- Plan, direct and coordinate work plan; review and evaluate work products, methods and procedures; identify and resolve problems;
- Participate in the development and implementation of work flow policies and procedures;
- Oversee internal control functions;
- Makes and implements recommendations to enhance processes and procedures;
- To foster and build good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention;
- Perform SWOT analysis, feasibility studies, review the market for further local and global expansions; and
- It is important to maintain an excellent working relationship with other employees in Singapore and in overseas.
iv. Education and Experience**- Degree in Engineering or equivalent and 3 years project engineering, management experience or equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary.
- 3+ years of experience in related operations, engineering and sales and business development.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Photoshop and Autodesk Autocad
