    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Accounting Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding our clients through the onboarding process and ensuring their seamless transition to our Metro Accounting System https://www.metrogroup.solutions/solutions/accounting-system . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or bookkeeping, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to engage with clients directly.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Client Onboarding: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
      Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the Metro Accounting System.
      Provide hands-on assistance in setting up and configuring the system to meet clients' specific accounting needs.
    2. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for clients on how to effectively use the Metro Accounting System.
      Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing ongoing support throughout the onboarding process.
      Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the system, ensuring client satisfaction.
    3. Accounting Expertise: Leverage your accounting or bookkeeping background to offer insights and best practices during client interactions.
      Stay updated on the features and functionalities of the Metro Accounting System to provide accurate and relevant guidance.
    4. Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their unique accounting challenges.
      Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process improvements and customization within the Metro Accounting System.
    5. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on onboarding processes and best practices.
      Develop training materials and resources to support clients in using the Metro Accounting System effectively.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
    • Familiarity with accounting software, preferably Metro Accounting System, Xero, or similar platforms.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
    • Willingness to travel and meet with clients as needed.

    • Ability to adapt to new technologies and software quickly.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
    • Comfortable conducting client meetings and presentations.
